  • Screening and Eligibility

    • We begin by exploring your intentions, goals, and hopes for the journey while making sure we are a good fit. We also review your medical and psychological history to ensure you are safely and appropriately cleared.

  • Paperwork & Informed Consent

    • All required paperwork and consent forms are reviewed together, allowing space for questions and transparency. This step supports shared understanding and establishes a clear, ethical framework for the work ahead.

  • Preparation Sessions

    • Preparation sessions focus on understanding set and setting, what to expect during a psychedelic experience, and how to lean into the journey with curiosity and intention. This process supports emotional readiness, safety, and clarity.

  • Journey Day

    • The guided journey is held in a calm, intentional setting with attentive support throughout. Ceremony, presence, and careful guidance allow space for inner exploration, insight, and emotional processing.

  • Integration

    • Integration sessions support meaning-making, emotional processing, and the application of insights into daily life. Additional integration sessions may be scheduled as needed to support ongoing growth and lasting change.

Monica is sincere. She truly gives a sense of ultimate comfort and caringness; and a deep heart-felt warm feeling that a better life, happier way of living, is yet to come with the neuro-plasticity that psilocybin offers us. She has given me the hope that my life will be brighter and that I can have the ability to overcome the depression and anxiety that has been with me for most of my 57 years.

Monica has years of therapeutic training and is very knowledgeable about psilocybin. She was able to provide resources and training needed to have a successful experience. She is also very caring and physically present to ensure proper mental support during the experience. She gave me the confidence to handle everything that the experience threw at me.
