A Journeying Story from the Sacred Healing Journey Family
My journey was like being in a dream but consciously aware and the ability to make choices to dive deeper into certain aspects of difficult experiences in my past life or to lean more toward exploring the uplifting beauty of my past, present and future life. It has given me a sense of knowing there is a spiritual aspect to our souls/my soul that is wonderful but so hard to describe in words. It has help me feel and better believe that all is going to be okay and to better and more easily focus on not allowing the small and big stressors of life dwell in my thoughts and body.
About a month ago I was fortunate to have two sessions with Monica for a medicinal journey using psilocybin. It did exactly what I hoped it would and I feel like I have resolved the issues I was hoping to access in a non-talk therapy way.
