Couples Psilocybin Journeys

Our couples psilocybin journeys are offered as a carefully guided process designed to support partners in deepening connection, increasing understanding, and gaining insight into shared relational patterns. The work begins with thorough screening and joint preparation sessions, where intentions are clarified, communication is supported, and expectations are aligned. The journey itself is held in a calm, intentional setting, with guidance focused on emotional safety, presence, and mutual respect. Integration sessions following the experience help couples reflect on insights, process emotions, and translate the experience into meaningful shifts in their relationship.

For many couples, this work can support greater empathy, emotional openness, and perspective-taking. Psilocybin may allow partners to step outside habitual narratives, soften defenses, and engage one another with increased curiosity and compassion. When paired with intentional preparation and integration, the experience can help couples recognize patterns, reconnect with shared values, and explore new ways of relating—both during the journey and in daily life.

These journeys are best suited for couples who are emotionally committed to the relationship, open to self-reflection, and willing to engage in preparation and integration together. They are not appropriate for couples in active crisis, ongoing abuse, untreated substance dependence, or where one partner is unsure about participating. This work is also not intended as a substitute for couples therapy or emergency mental health care. A thorough screening process helps determine whether a couples journey is an appropriate and supportive option.
